Freight

Audit Logistics is a licensed freight broker that arranges transportation for all modes of freight from small package to full container loads, rail shipments to airfreight, and any other special needs all over the world. Freight costs negotiated by Audit Logistics are passed directly onto their clients, and the compensation for professional services is always disclosed separately – making the service 100% auditable. In some cases, when requested, the company will provide lump sum ricing that encompasses the fee.

In the US, Audit Logistics is a proud member of the TIA – Transportation Intermediaries Association and is bound by the TIA Code of Ethics. This code was developed and adopted by the TIA to promote and maintain high standards of professional service and ethical business conduct among its members. Audit Logistics is proud to have Certified Transportation Brokers as part of our team, and embrace TIA as a resource throughout our organization.

Globally, Audit Logistics is a member of FIATA – the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association. This organization was founded in 1926 and is recognized as representing the freight forwarding industry throughout the world. FIATA is the largest non-governmental organization in the field of transportation and its influence stretches all across the globe.

Audit Logistics’ services range from less-than-truckload, truckload, expedited, ocean and blanket-wrap transportation.

Expediting/Pre Routing

Audit Logistics expanded its freight division to include a new service called expediting/pre routing. This service is in place to secure timely and quality delivery of goods.

Specifically for a hotel renovation, if a client chooses this service, at the begging of the project, the purchaser issues a list of all the items that need to be manufactured and shipped for the project. The purchaser will issue different purchase orders for each manufacturer which lists the required delivery date of the good being manufactured. This date is based upon the installation schedule. The Audit Logistics expediting team members will actively contact each vendor to make sure that they are on track to meet the project schedule. Audit logistics then provides weekly reports which include the current status of each vendor to the client. This allows for open communication and problem solving for vendor issues at an earlier point on the project.
