Executive Team >

Darlene Henke began her career in third party logistics in the early ‘90s and founded Audit Logistics, LLC in March of 2002. Ms. Henke and Audit Logistics are recognized leading experts in the hospitality sector; her reputation is well deserved and based on integrity, hard work and dedication. Ms. Henke’s ability to think outside the conventional dealer business model resulted in Audit Logistics being the only industry firm in existence to offer auditable freight and warehouse management to the hospitality sector, giving Audit Logistics’ clients an immeasurable market advantage. Ms. Henke has moderated and participated in panels at leading hospitality shows on the topics of overseas sourcing and logistics, budgetary concerns, rising energy costs and sustainability. She established a nationwide partnership with Waste Management to recycle cardboard and other byproducts generated by the new construction and renovation industries. She also developed a partnership on the transportation side through SmartWay Transport, an organization endorsed by the EPA. She is also the youngest member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).
Vice President, Business Development
Carlos Sousa adds 18 years of experience to the Audit Logistics team and provides an extensive knowledge of the company from his experience of working in the operations, warehousing, and business development departments of the company. After starting with Audit Logistics in 2008 as a Project Manager, Carlos was promoted to Business Analyst where he provided quotations for clients while continuing to provide first-class project management for projects such as the Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado; the Marriott Frenchman's Reef, US Virgin Islands; and the Choctaw Casino Resort , Oklahoma, just to name a few. With strong operational skills Carlos was promoted to Logistics Manager for the company in 2010 where he helped standardized all operational procedures , and then to Director of Logistics in 2011 where he handled all the operation department management needs for the company while assisting with the growth of the operation department. Carlos moved to the Business Development team in 2014 as a result of his strong relationship ties he had built with clients. As Vice President of Business Development, Carlos looks forward to providing top-quality cost effective services to help clients in the hospitality industry. Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics Management from Bellevue University.
Wendy Reiter joined Audit Logistics as the Corporate Controller in 2017, overseeing Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Information Systems, Contracts, and Human Resources for the company. She was previously Assistant Treasurer for SourceGas, a natural gas utility that served several states in the Midwest. She brings over 20 years of accounting and treasury expertise to her new role at Audit Logistics. Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant University, her MBA from Arizona State University, and she is a Certified Treasury Professional.
General Manager
Ben came to Audit Logistics in 2013 with over seven years of freight and operations experience. As the General Manager at Audit, he coordinates all operational efforts to get product shipped, delivered, and installed safely, on time, and under budget. Ben first developed as a Canadian and group project specialist, creating efficiency by consolidating disparate shipments to ensure vendor responsibilities. From there, he set a company record for shipments created in 2014 before going on to head the company’s freight efforts across many critical accounts. Away from the office, Ben is a sports fanatic, particularly for the Chicago White Sox and University of Colorado basketball, and was once the lead tuba in his alma mater’s marching band.

Accounts Manager
Callie Sheehan joined Audit Logistics in October 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Human Performance & Sport, a Minor in Pre-Healthcare and 17 years of competitive figure skating. Starting out as a project coordinator, Callie quickly became well versed in the foundations on the operational aspects of the logistics industry, and transitioned her expertise to the Business Development team. Adapting to her new role, she brought high energy, focus, and a competitive nature to the team. Callie created a seamless path for herself, and in her current role she will utilize her skills to cultivate and build our client base through honest and loyal relationships. As Accounts Manager, she is eager to contribute to Audit’s overall success, by creating value, representing the company professionally and working toward increasing productivity and revenue. Before joining Audit, Callie spent a year living abroad in Ireland, and now being back in her native state, she enjoys skiing and is also a devoted Pac Man player.
Business Development Coordinator
Maurine Joined Audit in March of 2018 as a Warehouse Project Coordinator. Previously managing a salon and a barista at Starbucks. In March of 2019 she made the move to the Business Development team. She will use her warehouse experience to help the Business Development team with warehouse estimates and sourcing warehouses for new projects. Maurine was born and raised in Boulder. She spends most of her free time chasing around her 3 year old, Lana. Any extra free time is spent in the mountains or concerts.

Freight Division Manager
Nick came to Audit Logistics in 2012 carrying five years of logistics experience concentrated in international import and export. Starting out as a Project Manager at Audit, his extensive knowledge landed him on the international shipping team where he led projects for clients in Saudi Arabia. Throughout his years at Audit, Nick has led teams working on multiple projects in Aruba, Puerto Rico, and all throughout the US. In recent years Nick has managed several high profile projects for hotels and resorts in Las Vegas. Nick has an ongoing focus on using technology to improve efficiency and facilitate the flow of data between Audit and our diverse clientele. While out of the office, Nick enjoys his time exploring the outdoors with his son and growing organic foods for his family.
Division Supervisor - West
Audit welcomed Donovan to the team in January of 2011. Through his involvement in critical company accounts over the past six years, Donovan has managed a significant amount of renovation projects - providing outstanding service for some of the company’s key clientele. Donovan has been a backbone of the freight division as well as an immeasurable key to the company's long term success. Donovan relocated to the Seattle, WA region in early 2015, and with the official opening of the office in Gig Harbor on September 2015, he is now managing the team housed in the new location.
Senior Freight Project Manager
Gabriel Rael II joined Audit Logistics in 2011. His prior work experience is 8 years for Apex Park and Recreation in various customer service roles. In his time at Audit he has managed warehouse and freight projects, he even managed 4 of the original pilot sites for our major portfolio/renovation projects when they were a new client as a warehouse division manager. Gabriel looks forward to continuing his growth at Audit Logistics and taking any challenges presented in the years to come.
Senior Freight Project Manager
Tiffany Coven came to Audit Logistics in November of 2013 bringing experience in customer service. She started as a project coordinator tracking shipments and moved into a designated router roll specializing in arranging transportation for product moves. Tiffany later was promoted to Project Manager during the summer of 2014. Her efficiency and organizational skills helped her excel in model room projects and she has also developed a proficiency in ocean container shipments. Outside of work, Tiffany likes to volunteer her time at her church where she recently went to La Paz, Bolivia on a missionary trip to help build schools and churches.
Senior Project Expediter
Kelly joined Audit Logistics in 2014 as a Freight Project Coordinator and has since worked her way to Senior Project Expediter where she has helped the Audit Logistics Expediting Team thrive. She has endeavored to ensure projects remain on schedule through her dedicated work providing an informative connection between Purchasing Agents and Vendors and has encouraged her team to do the same. In her most recent work, Kelly is working to advance the new Audit Logistics Vendor Portal which is designed to streamline communication between Audit Logistics and the vendors.. When not working, Kelly finds herself catering to two spoiled Russian Blue cats and reading a good adventure novel.
Senior Freight Project Manager
Ricky joined Audit Logistics in April of 2013 and brought 4 years of previous experience in freight and warehousing. As a Project Manager, Ricky manages domestic and international freight projects ensuring all FF&E is delivered without damage and on time. Assisting the international team with large scale projects, Ricky has gained extensive knowledge in international freight and the US CBP In Bond program. Managing freight projects for over 3 years at Audit, Ricky works to identify and quickly resolve issues to ensure the successful completion of each project.
Assistant Division Supervisor - West
Cristie Rochette jointed the Audit Logistics Freight Team as a Project Coordinator in March of 2016. She is excited to be back in the workforce after having spent the last 17 years homeschooling her 3 sons and running a small business from home. Cristie supports the Project Managers in the Gig Harbor office with tracking and expediting. She is a Gig Harbor native and enthusiastic about helping to grow Audit’s Gig Harbor office. In her spare time, Cristie enjoys playing soccer, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her family. Almost every weekend in the winter you can find Cristie up on the ski slopes volunteering as a ski patroller.
Freight Project Manager
Jake joined Audit Logistics in 2013 and is a project manager on the freight side. He works some of the larger accounts at the company, and handles projects all over the US. Recent projects include the Residence Inn and Courtyard in North Harbor, OR.
Strategic Partnership Manager
Marina joined Audit Logistics in the summer of 2015 as a Freight Project Coordinator and has since paved the way for Audit’s most recent coordination and shipment tracking procedures. After two years with the company, Marina was promoted to Freight Project Manager while managing projects and coordinating shipments simultaneously in addition to providing updates and support to her team. Having graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Sociology, Marina’s experience in these fields prepared her to communicate efficiently, solve problems effectively, and professionally. These skills have prepared her to take on various projects with larger clients, as well as her knowledge in Audit’s freight department and company culture. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, trying new restaurants, wedding planning, and playing the outfield on Audit’s autumn kickball team.
Freight Project Manager
Crystal provides team support to help project managers, various purchasing agents, and vendors keep project completion dates on track. In her role, she provides weekly overviews of freight movement and delays, and alerts the team to any possible issues that may impact installation efforts. Crystal also provides critical support for the project managers at Audit Logistics in the area of vendor communication, small package shipments and inventory uploads. In addition to her every day responsibilities, Crystal also works on collecting feedback from Audit’s various clients with regards to how to improve the company’s expediting services. When not at work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her son and daughter as well as the Colorado Mountains and muscle cars.
Freight Project Manager
Hailing all the way from Tacoma, WA, JR joined the Audit Logistics team in 2017, bringing over ten years of warehousing experience with him. As a Freight Project Coordinator, JR works closely with vendors to ensure freight has been delivered on time and in a safe manner. In his position, JR also helps to create shipments, set up deliveries and pickups and monitor containers in support of his team. JR graduated Bethel High School in Graham, WA with a 3.8 GPA and enjoys lifting/working out, as well as tinkering with his Subaru and riding his motorcycle into the sunset.
Freight Project Manager
Shane joined Audit Logistics in 2017 as a Freight Project Coordinator, where he tracks shipments, communicates between the carriers and the clients, and preemptively identifies problems and finds solutions in support of his project managers. As a Colorado native, Shane worked for Subway for two years and graduated from Horizon High School where he played a key role on his football team. When Shane is not in the office, he watches and plays basketball and plays the Piano, Drums and Guitar.
Freight Project Manager
Caitlin joined Audit Logistics in March of 2018 as a freight project coordinator. She brings with her 13 years of customer service and management experience. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills make her an important part of her team. Caitlin works closely with her team to be a reliable source for tracking and routing shipments as well as taking the initiative to be the first line in communication for carriers, vendors and clients. When not at work, Caitlin keeps busy raising her 3 boys and husband. She is also very compassionate about animals and spends much of her time with her dogs and around horses any chance she gets.
Freight Project Coordinator
Strat Arapkiles joined Audit Logistics in January 2012. He is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Public Administration. Before joining our team, Strat gained his hospitality and transportation experience from over twenty years as the owner of a travel agency in Arvada, Colorado, as well as six years of operations experience with United Airlines and UPS. As a Project Coordinator, Strat supports his team of Project Managers by tracking shipments, uploading documents, communicating with clients, vendors, and carriers, and troubleshooting potential shipment issues. In addition to his position with Audit Logistics, Strat is a tournament director for youth baseball.
Freight Project Coordinator
Annie joined Audit Logistics in 2018 as a freight project coordinator, bringing two years of experience in purchasing and international shipping. She works directly with senior freight managers and communicates with the vendors and purchasing agents to make the projects run smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with friends and family.
Freight Project Coordinator
Joining Audit in August 2018 as a Freight Project Coordinator, Cody brought with him over 8 years of customer service and sales experience, International Shipping background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University. Cody works to support his project managers by creating shipments, tracking shipments, communicating with vendors, shippers, and carriers to ensure all FF&E is shipped to its appropriate destination in a timely, efficient, and economical manner. He also assists supporting some international projects in Puerto Rico; ensuring all cargo has correct import/export documentation, tracking international shipments, minimizing added costs by coordinating with international warehouses and carriers to ensure on-time and in good order delivery. Cody in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid fan of the Houston Astros and New Orleans Saints, the Fighting Texas A&M Aggies, and being outdoors hiking, fishing, and camping.
Freight Project Coordinator
Joining Audit Logistics in 2018, Melanie brings 2 years of logistics experience with her, previously working for Nestle USA. Working as a Freight Project Coordinator, Melanie assists Project Managers with routing shipments and communicating/problem solving with clients and vendors. Recently she has started learning about international shipping. In her free time, Melanie loves to spend time outdoors hiking, snowboarding, and mountain biking, as well as relaxing with her rescue pit bull Sadie.

Bringing 7 years of experience in customer service, Courtni joined Audit Logistics in November 2018. Courtni is part of our Freight team and works closely with our Project Managers as a Project Coordinator. Using her customer service background, Courtni supports her team by tracking shipments and communicating with vendors and clients. In her spare time Courtni enjoys cooking and spending time camping with her husband and their families.

Samantha joined Audit Logistics in August of 2019 as a Freight Project Coordinator, bringing with her a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Psychology from Arizona State University and 4 years of customer service experience. Samantha supports her team by tracking shipments, communicating with vendors and clients, and problem solving to ensure that all freight is shipped to its destination within a timely manner. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her family.

Warehouse Division Manager
Jamie came to Audit Logistics in 2012 with eight years experience in scheduling, tracking, shipping and delivery of freight. Having a knack for problem resolution and customer communication, Jamie leads the warehouse team as the Warehouse Division Manager here at Audit. With her ability to build relationships coupled with her organizational skills, Jamie oversees projects making sure inventory is received and delivered correctly from the warehouse to the project site. As a main contact between clients, warehouses and general contractors for one of Audit’s largest accounts, Jamie makes sure all parties are satisfied and provides guidance with our ALOT system. While outside of work Jamie enjoys working out, relaxing and spending time with her family.
Project Director
Chanda joined the Audit Logistics team in November of 2014 holding a degree in Education with a background in teaching. Utilizing her strengths of teamwork, organization, and problem solving, Chanda leads a warehouse team as a Senior Project Manager. Her attention to detail aides in projects running smoothly from the time inventory arrives at the warehouse to material being delivered to job sites. Developing strong communication with clients, warehouse contacts, and general contractors, Chanda readily approaches project challenges with a positive attitude and follows through until resolution. Outside of work, Chanda enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
Warehouse Project Manager
Chris Stibrany joined the Audit Logistics Operations Team in October 2013. He was raised in an Army family and grew up in The Netherlands and Germany, before moving to Colorado to attend college. He studied Asian Studies and has strong practical knowledge of Korean and German. Chris served in the U.S. Army and has experience in dispatching for the Army and for I.B.M, as well as experience in shipping and retail. His major for Audit include portfolio/rollout projects for which he manages warehousing as well as routing of shipments. Chris also helps the environment and to save the client money, by managing the re-utilization of leftover material. He has strong commitment to team work and providing great customer service.
Warehouse Project Manager
Will joined Audit Logistics in August 2016 as a project coordinator. In his role, he works closely with several general contractors as well as numerous warehouses to ensure all product has been properly received and distributed out. He communicates daily with project managers on his time to reconcile delivery tickets, verify WRR’s and keep the inventory up to date and accurate. Will’s previous experience prior to joining Audit was being responsible for purchasing and warehousing duties for CU. In his free time Will is an avid outdoorsman, spending as much time in the Colorado Mountains as possible.
Warehouse Project Manager
Haley joined Audit Logistics in September 2016 as a Warehouse Project Coordinator with a background in dental assisting and a variety of customer service skills under her belt. Haley works on the team that specializes in roll-outs, and her duties include but are not limited to, verifying warehouse receiving reports, reaching out to warehouses for confirmation of received shipments, uploading and assigning pickup and delivery tickets, and ensuring shipments are well documented for damage. As a Colorado native, Haley enjoys riding her bike, trying new breweries, spending time with her fiancé and dog Bear. She enjoys new challenges and helping others problem solve to achieve a common goal.
Warehouse Project Manager
Jordan started working at Audit in March of 2018 as a project coordinator. During her time here she helps her project manager with paperwork and assisting with any problems that come up with different projects. Outside of work Jordan enjoys hiking, going to breweries and spending time with her dog, Kona.
Warehouse Project Coordinator
Shane joined the team at Audit Logistics in the freight department at the end of 2018 as a Freight Project Coordinator. In February, Shane moved to the Warehouse department and is now a Warehouse Project Coordinator. His duties now are to support Project Managers and keep track of inventory for multiple projects. Shane has experience in management from his previous company. He enjoys being outdoors and driving in the mountains. In addition to his work and hobbies, Shane spends as much time as he can with his family and friends.
Warehouse Project Coordinator
Jesse Fassler joined Audit Logistics in 2019 as a Warehouse Project Coordinator. In his role, Jesse conducts administrative support to the warehouse division including: entering project delivery tickets and receiving reports, confirming daily delivery schedules to warehouse and site locations, and ensure all POs are entered and project inventory reports are up to date. Jesse brings experience in warehouse management where he previously worked. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and 2 kids, and coaching high school runners.
Warehouse Coordinator
Kimberly joined the Audit Logistic team in July, 2019 as a Project Coordinator. Kimberly’s background in the financial services industry with a degree in business from Colorado State University. Utilizing her strengths of teamwork, communication and client relations she works Audit Logistics warehouse clients to ensure projects inventory is received and distributed out to the multiple Audit projects. Her primary duties are to support project managers in deliveries, problem resolution, and tracking the inventory for multiple projects. Kimberly enjoys skiing, riding bicycles, challenges, volunteering with Christian Ministries, and spending time with her family and children.
Warehouse Project Coordinator
Dario DeSantis joined the Audit Logistics team in august of 2019 as a Warehouse Project Coordinator. His past work experience with construction and working with contractors helps Dario’s role in verifying, confirming and assisting in the delivery of items to given projects. As a Colorado native Dario enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Senior Installation & Warehouse Project Manager
Joe has been with Audit since 2015 as an integral member of the Installation division. He was key in the development, and now currently manages, the company’s nationwide Bed Set Installation program, OS&E Room-In-A-Box program, and has worked on key projects such as The Knickerbocker Hotel in Times Square, The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, and many others. From project inception, to the final punch, Joe is hands on through all stages of a project and always with a solution oriented approach. Recently relocating to Chicago, Joe manages a remote office for Audit with a heavy focus on developing and maintaining client relationships in the region. Joe is actively involved in the Adult Learners Programs & Services (ALPS) in Chicago, where he spends up to three hours a week assisting adults gain the basic math and literacy skills necessary to acquire GEDs and qualify for career advancement. Joe is always looking for further volunteer opportunities and is applying to become a board member for the local NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) chapter in The Greater Chicago area. On the weekends, you can find Joe playing golf, on a river somewhere, or generally doing something outdoors.
Senior Installation & Warehouse Project Manager
Daniel joined Audit Logistics in 2014 with customer service, dispatch and route creation, and inventory management skills gained over his 8 years of prior employment as a medical route supervisor. As a Project Manager at Audit Logistics, Daniel supports his team and maintains warehouse projects by providing attention to detail and problem solving through improved processes in Warehouse FF&E Management, Budget Reconciliation and Client Relations Management. These processes ultimately reduce costs for our clients. Daniel has managed over 35 projects here at Audit Logistics. His recent completed projects include the Tempe Moxy Hotel in Tempe, AZ, Fairmont Kea Lani-Lobby Lounge in Wailea, HI, and the Springhill Suites and TownePlace Suites in Henderson, NV. While out of the office, you can find Daniel enjoying time with his family in the great outdoors of Colorado.

Senior Project Accountant
Garrett is a Colorado native. He graduated from Mesa State College with a degree in Accounting. Garrett has been with Audit Logistics since the spring of 2013. Garrett’s great attention to detail and hard work ethic makes him a valuable addition to the team. One of Garrett’s primary responsibilities is project closeout’s ensuring the client receives the maximum refund and all costs are correct. Over the past two years Garrett has closed more than 1100 projects with total project costs of more than 44 million. Another responsibility of Garrett’s is to work as a point of contact for carrier billing concerns, ensuring that errors are quickly and efficiently addressed.
Project Accountant and Contract Administrator
Bridget Schumacher rejoined the workforce after 15 years as a stay-at-home mom, coming on board with Audit Logistics in 2010. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University and taught elementary school. During her time at home, she gained experience in patient accounts at University of Iowa Hospital and Longmont Clinic as well as serving as treasurer and fund raising coordinator for the school PTO and the Salvation Army which prepared her for accounting duties at Audit Logistics. In her 6 years at Audit Logistics, she has focused mainly on warehouse billing. Bridget created a training process to provide warehouse billing personnel with personal instruction for using the ALOT website to complete the reconciliation spreadsheet required for billing. Audit Logistics commitment to excellence and dedication to community service are Bridget’s favorite things about working for the company.
Accounting Coordinator
Colin joined Audit Logistics full-time in September of 2017 after temporary consulting stints in 2015 and 2016. As an Accounting Coordinator, he processes freight and warehouse invoices, updates carrier information, and receives deposits. His experience with Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly also help him assist the accounting team wherever needed. Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical and biological engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside the office, he is an avid fan of Colorado sports teams and a frequent participant in pub quizzes.
Accounting Coordinator/Office Manager
A Colorado native, Jeannie joined Audit Logistics in December 2017 as an Accounting Coordinator as well as Office Manager. With over twenty years of experience in the administrative field and customer relations she brings valuable interpersonal skills to the Accounting team. The past five years she has focused more in accounting areas and working with accounts payable. Outside of the office she spends her time with her two amazing children with their sports and other activities. In her free time she enjoys reading and being outdoors, especially in the mountains.
Coordinator/ Office Manager
Kandis joined Audit Logistics in August 2019. She is a Louisiana native who graduated from BPCC with a degree in Business Administration in 2012. With prior administrative, customer service, logistics, and accounting experience. While not at the office she enjoys playing Xbox, volleyball, concerts, and exploring Colorado.
Accounting Coordinator
Maddelyn joined Audit Logistics in November of 2019 after two years of accounting for a freight logistics company. Her experience in freight logistics, accounting, and with QuickBooks helps her assist the accounting team wherever needed. Outside the office Maddy volunteers at her church and has gone on several missions trips to help the less fortunate. She also enjoys reading and anything that involves being outdoors.

Claims Manager
Heather came to Audit Logistics in 2014 with over 13 years of freight and claims experience. During that time, Heather gained the necessary problem solving skills that enables her efficiency as Audit’s Claims Manager. Currently in her role, Heather provides resolution for freight and warehousing shortage and damage claims on behalf of our clients. In November 2016 Heather passed the CCPAC exam making her certified claims professional in freight and warehousing claims. Heather spends her free time obstacle racing, spending time with her husband and cheering on her two children at all of their school activities, which keeps her busy year round.
Software Developer
After joining Audit Logistics in 2014, Tim began writing Excel macros to streamline his work as a Warehouse Project Coordinator. After developing a C# application that increased the speed, efficiency and accuracy of day to day operations, Tim was promoted to the position of Business Analyst. Tim continued development of in-house software solutions, provided General IT support around the office, and gathered business requirements for updates to the ALOT website and communicated those requirements to the third-party developers. By early 2015, Tim had begun working directly on ALOT, resulting in some of the most frequent and substantial updates in the site's history. Tim was promoted to the role of Software Developer in 2016 and continues to provide in-house IT support, systems analysis, and oversees the requirements-gathering, development and QA processes for the ALOT website.
Jr. Software Developer
Tom joined the Audit Logistics team in August of 2018 bringing aboard diverse expertise in Information Technology including Server Administration, networking, hardware and software deployment and maintenance, and SEO/SEM campaign optimization.
